As part of our School Improvement Plan, we have been working towards the Digital Schools Award. Last week, Mrs Hughes, Mrs Wilson, some of our Pupil Digital Leaders, a few children and I met online with Beverley McCormick one of the assessors for a validation assessment.
I am absolutely delighted to share that today we heard that we have been successful in our application to become a Digital School! The school has worked incredibly hard for this and are thrilled to be recognised for excellence in Digital Learning. We are 1 of only 9 primary schools in South Lanarkshire to have gained the award and the first in the Carluke Learning Community so this really is an incredible achievement.
Our validation report is fantastic and you can read it on our website.
